New Binki!!

After about 5 different kinds and almost 5 months of trying... WE FINALLY FOUND A PACI! "Binki" is what its called actually but in all honesty I dont care what its called if it keeps you from crying ha!

We went to have dinner with Daddy tonight before VBS started and you both were much entertained by....

Big brother strolling

Spending so much time walking around the church this week has worn your Mommy's back out. So tonight we brought your stroller and your brother LOVED pushing you around! Its hard to believe he was the one being pushed in this same stroller not too long ago!!

Pooped!

After our first two nights at VBS.. we are ALL worn out! We didnt even make it all the way home before you two crashed.... and THEN you both slept until 8:30 the next morning!

Gearing up for VBS

Tonight starts our fun filled week of Vacation Bible School! Your Daddy is in charge as the Family Pastor so our afternoon was busy getting things ready. While your Daddy ran some errands, we chilled in the van, napped some and played with big brother too. He wanted you to sit in his lap so he could hold you :)

A wedding and two babysitters

We went to Mr. Trey and Mrs. Janice's wedding this afternoon. It was so beautiful and a little too fancy to have to small kiddos at... but we made do!

Tonight your Mommy and Daddy had a date to the Keith Urban concert so you and G hung out with Brandon and Caroline.. oh and Pearl too. She couldnt stop licking your toes ha!

Matching diapers

You have moved on up to size 3 diapers and therefore are using the same Target brand as your big bro. Today I had a "wow I have two in diapers"moment when I saw you two together in the chair. 

6:30am wake up call

 Here you are just chillin after giving your Mommy the 6:30am wake up call. I dont think you have learned yet, but Mommy loves her sleep and really doesnt like to see the 6:00 hour. However, if I must get up... you are the best thing I could see.

 We did our monthly grocery shopping tonight and you got to be a big boy and sit in the cart with your brother!

At home getting ready for bed you had a "you know your head is big when...." moment :)

Silly boys

Many people have told me before that you just have the BEST smile.. I would have to agree!

Daddy didnt have to work as late as usual tonight so you boys were glad to have him home to play with. Love my silly boys!

Tuesday trip to the mall

We had our usual trip to the mall today and look who has finally learned he can nap in the stroller :)

Happy Father's Day!

 After church we came home and just RELAXED! Daddy got you laughing as he does quite well...

 after naps we enjoyed each other's company and especially watching you two boys together

If you notice in the picture above you have a pretty large ROLL in your right leg. It is so funny because you are chunky everywhere but for some reason only have this on this leg.... I call it your other crack. Haha sorry son, I know you will kill me later but its true. Picture shows proof :)

Loving on Daddy

 We loved on Daddy more today, giving him his presents of a card and coffee mug with you and your brother's pictures on them. He loved them!

 You wanted to practice sitting up this morning... anytime you are laying back you try to sit up but arent so steady just yet. You like to try though :)

 We headed to a cookout for dinner for our friends who are moving, the Todds.

 Miss Lottie was there and wanted to hold "the baby's" hand. How sweet!

Marbles Museum

We headed downtown to have some fun for Fathers Day today and went to the Marbles Museum.

It was for big kids but you enjoyed watching your brother play. And did VERY well in the stroller!

Uncle Phil kept you entertained.. you think he is so funny :)

BABY!

 The Todds came over for one of their last playdates and Lily had to love on the baby of the group. She and Maisy love to play "mommy!"

Tonight we went to have a cookout with the Messersmiths. We havent seen them in awhile and Miss Lottie has grown SO much since then. She just loved you though and was pretty obsessed, coming to you all the time saying, "baby!"  I loved this picture of you two just after her bath and your blowout.

Giggles are back!

You were back to your giggly self again today! So thankful!!

Picture Day!

 Two more showings on our house sent us to the mall today because we had to be out of the house just about all day! I took advantage and went to have your pictures done. You did very well!

Then you and G had a very RARE moment! You both feel asleep in the stroller. It lasted all of 30 minutes but I sure did enjoy the quiet and did lots of window shopping :)

Recovery Monday

You finally started feeling better today and I was so thankful! We started our week of 6 showings with our first today so I had to clean and then get us out of the house. We took a short trip to Target and then once Daddy got home the 3 of you just relaxed. You finally had a POOOO!!! Pear juice worked... yay :)

Fussy Sunday

You had a rough night last night and werent any better than yesterday so we decided that I would stay home with you while Daddy and Griffin went to church today. You were super fussy so all we did was this... you sit in my lap and I watched TV. Every time I tried to put you down to do anything else you SCREAMED!

You wanted to hold my finger the whole time....

I felt so bad for you little boy. Shots+Constipation+Teething is ROUGH!

Shots, Teething, a cold AND constipation!

It was really bad timing for you to also have shots because you also had just gotten a head cold, as well as you hadnt had a poo in 6 days AND of course you are still teething. All of this added up together for a DISASTER! Poor guy, couldnt even nap like you normally do and would even cry when we were holding you bc you were so miserable.

The only thing that made you happy was your brother. Period. It was the craziest thing! Your Daddy and I tried everything and then the second your bro walked in the room and started talking to you, you were happy! Crazy but oh so sweet. He wanted to read you a book :)

4 month checkup

We had your 4 month check up at the doctor today. You were doing very well weighing 16 lbs 11 oz (85%), 25 inches long (60%) and 44cm head circumference (90%!!!!)

You also had to have 3 shots and therefore were not happy when we left!

Mommy's lifesaver

You are still loving your swing and pretty content anytime I put you in it... and I am SOOO thankful! You nap here often and always end up back in it at night when you are fussy. What will I do when you grow out of it?!?!?
