First Halloween!

 Your first Halloween started out with a playdate with Joshua and Avery! You were excited to get to stand with this toy, however werent thrilled about actually moving.

 You were sweet enough to share your puffs with Avery. You are happy as long as food is involved ha!

We got dressed up to go trick or treating and had a change of plans because it was raining. We ended up going to the mall which was a bad idea but you were The cutest Tigger I've ever seen!

 Brothers who will probably not remember this Halloween, which I am thankful for because it began as a dud!

 But we were so thankful to go over to our friends house to continue to celebrate and it was all smiles for us all! You love hanging out with Jayden.

Baby bear

It has been very cold lately and I am only excited about it because you get to sport this adorable jacket. I saw this when I was pregnant with your brother and he never could fit into it.. But you do! And are one adorable baby bear :)

Eating time

When it is eating time.. this is what I see! You are very interested in real food and always pull up on me to try and get a bite of whatever I am eating. So far you have tried spaghetti, green beans, baked potato, Cheerios, and cheese.

The giant!!

Daddy and Griffin have been playing war with their army men all day and they have deemed you as "The GIANT!" You of course want to be in the middle of everything and so Daddy was clever and made you part of the game ha! Griffin even played along and just kept saying, "Oh no.. the GIANT is coming!"

Bojangles!

Your Daddy got to have a personal day today because he worked all last weekend so we had a surprise family day! It was so nice to get out after being sick and stuck in the house for so long. Griffin constantly talks about Bojangles every time we pass it anywhere so we decided to have lunch there today. It was your first time! And you are a fan of the french fries :)

Bedtime prayers

I want you to know sweet boy that your Daddy says bedtime prayers with you boys every night. You both squirm and dont realize whats going on but it truly makes my heart melt every time I see it. He is a courageous man of God and wants you both to know how great He is! You are so blessed to have a Daddy who loves you so much!

Best friends

 This morning after you had pooped all over the place and your brother had an accident as well, we had bath time. The sweetest thing happened though because your brother looked at you and said you were his best friend. I melted. That was the first time he has said that about anyone. And I know he meant it.

He is very protective of you and when it came time to vacuum the floor today he covered your ears for you :)

 Then when the camera came out he wanted to give you a hug too :)

 You are pulling up on everything

Griffin loves having you more on his level and also likes to share his snacks with you! SO sweet!

Feeling better!

You were feeling a little bit better this morning but because you had a temperature in the last 24 hours I didnt want to take you to nursery with the other kiddos so we just hung out at home today. I knew you were better when you wanted to crawl in the floor and play because before then you had just wanted to lay on my chest. It is not a fun feeling to see your baby sick that is for sure... I have felt so bad for you!

Dr. Mom

I played Dr. Mom all day as you were very out of it. You actually took long naps and just wanted me to hold you when you were awake. We were sad to miss the Fall Festival at church tonight but spent quality time snuggling on the couch instead. Hoping you feel better soon!

First ear infection

You werent feeling well yesterday and woke up this morning with an obvious fever so I took you in for a sick check. Sure enough... your first ear infection AND in both ears :(

We went to get your antibiotic and while we were waiting found you this adorable hat.. and your brother a matching one. You were all smiles at least for this moment!

Jumping Machine

When you are fussy and nothing else makes you happy... I always know that you will love the Johnny Jumper!

Life and Science Museum

 We went to a local kids museum today called the life and science museum. I was busy chasing you two down so I wasn't able to get out my camera much. I was very thankful they had a little toddler play area that you enjoyed.

 Its always fun to ride on a horsey!

but maybe a little scary when your big brother wants on too ha!

Bucket Head

Your brother got this bucket yesterday in his happy meal and thought it would be funny to put on your head. Pretty cute to me :)

Pumpkin Patch

 This is how I found you when you were sleeping this morning and I thought it was so cute. Mr. Paci boy.. and to think you hated them for the first 4 months of your life!

We are wishing Mimi a very happy birthday today and in her honor we made it to a pumpkin patch!

 I'm learning how difficult it is to get you both to look at the camera at the same time but you really were enjoying their corn pit.

 It was actually your favorite thing.

 Except while Griffin was playing in it... you were trying to EAT it!

We had a fun day enjoying the beautiful weather and our great company! Love our time with family!

Mamaw and Frank visit!

 We were so excited to have Mamaw and Frank waiting in our driveway last night when we got home. They came to visit for a few days and spoil us some! We went to lunch at the Red Robin today after church and I was so thankful to snap this cute picture of the four of you.

Softball Saturday

 We spent the good majority of our day at the softball fields today and you were immediately snatched up by Aunt Nicole and loved on the entire time. You also got to talk to your friend Kinsley who was there cheering on her Daddy.

Nicole must be awfully comfortable because you snoozed on her well!

NC State Fair

 You had your first trip to the NC State fair today and we had some great family fun!

 Although there wasnt much to do for your age, you enjoyed hanging out with Mommy.

Kitchen play time

 While Mommy was cooking dinner for our company that was coming over, you two boys put on a show for the camera.

 I think you are seriously wandering if this is supposed to be pleasant or what.. ha look at that face!

Uncle Phil brought over his girlfriend Kelly for dinner and then we all went to the playground to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great family fun!
